Our approach is meticulous, proportionate and transparent. We review witness statements, police procedures, timings and digital data; conduct locus inspections assessing road layout, signage, visibility, lighting and surface condition; and examine vehicles to identify or exclude mechanical defects.
Where helpful, we produce maps, scale plans, photographs and video. Findings are tested against the Highway Code, Construction and Use Regulations, and relevant case law as applied in Scotland.
